About Windfall
MARTINSVILLE, MAINE
This family-owned, 4-bedroom/4-bathroom home is located between the lobster fishing villages of Port Clyde and Tenants Harbor in Midcoast Maine. The house and property are totally private, facing South and East, right smack on the banks of the Atlantic Ocean. It has a large lawn that slopes gently from the house to its private ocean frontage. There are steps down to the ocean where you will find huge, wide, flat gentle rocks with tide pools nestled in between.
Plus, find a bonus screen house right next to the ocean -- a perfect place to enjoy a sunset dinner or take a nap as the ocean lulls you to sleep!

Windfall is a family-owned home, and has been in the Henderson hands since the 1970s! We are thrilled to welcome your family to this piece of paradise. (See below for a few throwback favorites from the last few decades!)
The Windfall house has a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The second floor has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms each with a tub and shower. The main floor of the house features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, an office, a laundry room, the fourth full bathroom with a shower, and a single bedroom. This house has two TVs, a gas grill, ample outdoor furniture, a gazebo/screened-in house with comfortable furniture right next to the ocean, and badminton, croquet, bocce ball, and whiffle ball!

When it's time to eat, choose from various areas on the main floor, or take your meal outside for a beautiful sunset dinner!

Windfall is within driving distance of Rockland, Waldoboro, Camden, Bath, Belfast, Gardiner, Augusta, Brunswick, Topsham, Winthrop, Lisbon, Winslow, Freeport, Waterville and Sabattus, Maine (to name a few!) and is easily accessible from airports in Portland and Boston (MA).

We love your precious pooches! We do require a small, non-refundable deposit for a single dog on property during your stay. If you have more than one dog, please contact us before booking to inquire about options.
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
